Adoption Mosaic is an adoptee-led, mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to centering and elevating adoptee voices across the adoption experience. With more than 30 years of collective experience, we have cultivated a diverse and growing community grounded in lived experience, thoughtful inquiry, and care. Founded and guided by adoptees, our work supports adoptees throughout their lifespan and offers education, resources, support groups, and learning spaces for adoptive parents, professionals, and all those connected to adoption. Through adoptee-led programming, courses, community conversations, and facilitated support groups, we challenge simplified narratives and create space for honesty, complexity, and growth. Together, we envision a future where everyone in the adoption constellation is guided by compassion, critical thinking, and inclusivity.
